Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator legal name] (“we”), the operator of pIQued. By creating an account or using pIQued, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use pIQued

You must be at least 13 years old. One account per person, and the details you sign in with must be your own.

The test

• Each account gets one attempt. Your score and section are shown publicly on your profile and next to what you post.
• The test is for entertainment. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, educational or employment assessment, and its result should not be relied on for any decision about you or anyone else.
• Take it yourself, without outside help or automation. We may void scores obtained otherwise.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within pIQued, for as long as it is on the service. You are responsible for what you post, and you must have the right to post it.

Community rules

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on pIQued. Do not post or send anything that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
• attacks people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
• encourages self-harm or violence;
• shares someone's private information without their consent;
• impersonates another person, or misleads others about who you are;
• is spam, a scam, or illegal.

Anyone can report content or block another user from the ⋯ menu on any post, comment or profile. We review reports promptly. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or permanently remove the accounts responsible, without notice. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically while it is reviewed.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put other users at risk. You may stop using pIQued and delete your account whenever you like.

Disclaimers

pIQued is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any score is an accurate measure of anyone's ability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything posted by other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The App Store

If you use pIQued on iPhone, Apple's standard licence agreement for App Store apps also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for pIQued or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use pIQued after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, except where the law of the place you live requires otherwise.
